I hear people say that the world is worse now, that these things didn't happen before, but in reality, they've always happened; people just didn't talk about them. Besides, thanks to the internet, many people's stories can be shared. Before, you were limited to what you saw on TV, in newspapers, and on the radio. And before all of that existed, your world was limited to the people and streets you knew.
