I’ve been using Stacker News for a few days and I’m really enjoying it. I’m also realizing there’s a lot more to it than I initially thought.

For example, I only recently learned the difference between freebie comments, paid replies, Cowboy Credits, and sats. 😅

I’d like to contribute useful content rather than just post for the sake of posting.

So I’m curious:

• What unwritten rules or etiquette should every new stacker know?
• What kind of posts consistently add value here?
• What’s one mistake you made as a new stacker that you’d tell others to avoid?
