Jeffrey Sovern, a 41-year-old Air Force engineer and mechanic from Virginia, is accused of cutting down multiple Flock Safety license plate reader cameras. He now faces 13 counts of destruction of property, along with six counts each of petit larceny and possession of burglary tools.

why not get a powerful laser to burn the CCD tho?

sure, cutting them is more interesting, maybe.. but burning the CCD just seems easier/faster and more anon

@DarthCoin, isn’t this one of the tools in your shed?

reply

hahaha I wish too. But for now I stick with basic carpentry tools and these 3 "friends" that were my companions for 5+ years: Gina, Gigi and Gordo

Good for him though. Fuck those cameras

We should all be a bit like Jeffrey.

They can’t prosecute all of us and will eventually decide that surveillance cameras are not a good idea since people will break them anyway.

Moderate and peaceful civil disobedience goes a long way if nobody’s assaulted violently.
