I would want some exit clause like void/undetermined in case bitcoin goes to 1 million or something since, mechanically and through no skill or effort whatsoever then Nakamoto will survive/be bailed out and NAKA shares, being pots of bitcoin, will be worth a lot more than $4
edit: maybe we can just have a gentleman's zap agreement about it in that very unlikely event
