I don't get what you mean by "control." There's an ongoing negotiation. My argument is that neither you nor anyone else genuinely believes the IRGC has the moral high ground. No one minds that we're playing Operation Epic World Police Fury. No one in the region is bothered by us cleaning the streets. They're happy. Venezuela's happy, half of Canada will be happy, Cuba will be happy. What crisis?
