But this process is very complex.
From mining ore, then crushed to a fine sand then mixed with water to form a slurry, then trucked to a processing facility, the treated with acid to strip out other metals, then multi staged chemical treatment then heated to a gas then centrifuged to split U-238 from U-235!

Could you imagine spending your whole day in those suits and respirator masks. Had to wear a mask like that for a project we did for the City of Toronto once. It was miserable. It was also mid July and there was no AC but still. I could not do that every day.
