I read this for the second time a few days ago. I recommend it to anyone who likes noir / crime fiction. It's not a long read, you can probably get through it in a day or two. They made it into a movie, but IMO the book is better. People have compared it to Cormac McCarthy, it's a pretty dark read at times.
