Hmm Wednesday is by some dude's metrics (that i read 20 years ago, can't find source sorry) not a good day to bring news, do releases, publish decisions. So based on that it should have the result that if its bullish now, it will stay bullish, barring events.
Other days banned from this dude's list are: Mondays, Fridays. However, none of these would interact the same way for the markets as Friday is setting-retail-up-day and Monday is sweeping-up-retail-losses-from-fridays-setup-day.
