A LN wallet is for spending not for "holding". That means is always "hot" and doesn't make sense to add a child seed. You put in a LN wallet exactly the amount you are willing to spend at daily basis.. Once you empty it, refill through a swap. Consider your LN wallet as your regular pockets.
