  1. I definitely did not. I want to be notified from everything on this post. Unless I did it in my sleep haha
  2. I did not. I'm getting notified about all my other posts. So that's why this occurrence is weird to me
  3. I scrolled all the way back to 4/3 (3 days ago). And just triple-checked now haha.
  4. Maybe. Thanks for looking into it! Just trying to help/learn too

for (3) you may need to scroll back further than you think.

If an item 3 days old was zapped today, it'll show up higher in notifications.

Regardless, I'm troubleshooting on my end just in case.

reply

k00b I've been scrolling homie. I don't see a single notification from my linked post.

afaict all of your replies for that item should be on pages 4 and 5. It might be the case that it's not obvious which item the replies are for, and are hard to spot/identify, and it's a UX bug more than anything.

I'll keep investigating just in case.

by page, do you mean how many times I press "More" to bring up more notifications? I'm still not seeing them on any pages. I'll take a screen recording for you. Maybe I'm blind

reply

I'm sorry. I see them now. I swear I saw nothing before, but I probably was scrolling too fast or something. I'm sorry if I wasted your time @k00b. It's been a long day. I can't even begin to describe it really. Have a nice night.

All good! It's easy to miss them! This is a UX bug imo - it shouldn't be easy to miss them.

reply

I guess it kinda of makes sense that you miss things the more active you are. This might be an edge case and not actually a UX bug ahah. But if you can make things even better all the more power to you!

(1) confirmed I did not unsubscribe, because I currently see "remove subscription" on the post, meaning I'm subscribed, right?

I never messed with this setting until right now (wasn't aware of it). They were both at 10 and now I set both to negative infinity like you
