Haha. Yeah I used to use it in a self-deprecating way and for a while there I would make people upset by calling myself a retard. Very confusing, but if we're past that now, great. I'd take the receiving end of micro-aggression over knifes, bullets, mortar shelling, MOABs and ICBMs any day.

I don't really get hyperventilated about the whole "diversify" every remake, but it seems that in the new Harry Potter show (about which my kids are very excited) Snape is black.
Do with that what you will. This person on X, turned it into a music video called Blacksnape and it is somewhat amusing. Particularly the scenes of blacksnape flying on a broom shooting a handgun in urban environments.
Didn't they already turn Hermione black?
I really don't like retconning a character's race or gender. I think it cheapens them. But Hollywood will continue to liquidate the reputations of these franchises until they're dead in the water, and perhaps that's exactly what the leftists want.
