One of the lifestyle changes I made to best @realBitcoinDog in our weight-loss competition, was resuming my habit of only eating one primary meal per day.

I do this after work, a little earlier than people typically eat dinner, and I eat whatever my wife happened to have cooked. I will eat light snacks during the day, usually just fruit and/or nuts, and I can't help myself if there are free baked goods present.

Still, the caloric (and mass) reduction from not intentionally eating multiple meals is significant, largely because there's a capacity constraint on what you can eat in one sitting.
