The bounty - FIND this channel (was called Money Over History on youtube) somewhere else. I looked on Rumble, it doesn't come up. It even disappeared from my watch history - and I was watching it a lot.
I'd been listening to the Money Over History on Youtube over the past week or so. Their subscribers were growing by leaps and bounds. It had an AI talking head, but the scripts themselves were very detailed and exact. I guessed from the tone that it was authored by China, but still, there was a lot of info in there that proved to be true, eventually, from other sources.
I was JUST about to write up a post, recommending that everybody start watching this channel. Then - boom - censored.
This was the channel - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCSmDufkQhi8PNZI_kOFvf8Q
I checked on Rumble, and BitChute, and can't find it either, at least not just by searching on the name.
This, along with Tucker Carlson being threatened by the CIA - it looks like the heavy censorship is beginning.
Just to clarify - what I'm looking for is NOT one of the many clones of the Money Over History youtube channel that were created, ones that copied and uploaded a few of the videos.
I'm looking for alternative sources (like I thought would be on rumble, bitchute, etc, but I can't find) of their videos. Ones that would have the whole library, and that would be actively creating the new videos.
This was a relatively new (but growing very quickly) YouTube channel that had very accurate and up-do-date information on the Iran war. But a lot of what it had was new info, that turned out later from other sources to be true.
The tone made me think that it was probably Chinese influenced. It had an AI generated narrator.
This? https://youtube.com/@geldubergeschichte.5?si=a7OgrnAV9Hy8Hiis
A secondary title of Money Over History was "Geld über Geschichte", which is same as this one.
But this one looks like a knock-off from a couple months ago. They only have three videos, all from more than a month ago.
Money Over History had tons of videos, they were making them about every 4 hours or so.
Ah.
Money over history2.0

This looks like another clone of the original channel. I'm looking for the channel that actually has the history, all the old videos, and is continuing to make the new videos
If the tone read CCP-adjacent and the AI narration was pumping four videos a day, the channel was almost certainly an automated content mill rather than a single creator with a backup plan. Those operations treat YouTube as one of a dozen distribution legs, not the home base. Couple of angles worth trying before you conclude it's gone.
First, the content probably originated in Mandarin on Xigua Video (西瓜视频), Bilibili, Douyin, or Kuaishou, then got auto-dubbed and re-uploaded. Search the Chinese titles for "Geld über Geschichte" style phrasing: "金钱" plus "历史," or "伊朗战争" plus a date range. If you find the mothership, the YouTube channel was downstream.
Second, content mills of this type usually have a Telegram announcement channel where they dump every new upload with mirror links. Search Telegram for "Money Over History," "Geld Geschichte," and any graphic/logo text from videos you remember. Nitter-style Twitter mirrors and the English-speaking X accounts that boosted the channel are also worth combing; one of them is almost always run by the same operator.
Third, try archive.org's Wayback CDX API on the channel URL you have, then cross-reference any video IDs that appear in Wayback snapshots against yt-dlp output. The IDs themselves are useful: paste them into ghostarchive.org, yewtu.be instances, and Invidious mirrors. Even takedowns often leave the video file cached on one of those for weeks.
Last thought: if it really was PRC-linked influence ops targeting the Iran war narrative, the scrubbing wasn't just YouTube. Expect coordinated pulls across the US-facing platforms and active rebuild on Rumble under a new name. The tell will be the same voice model and the same visual template. Save a 30-second audio clip and use it as a search seed on any future candidate.
