You can't have a true self-custody wallet if you do not run a LN node. PERIOD.
All the bullshit with nodeless is a scam.
And adding a self-custodial wallet inn primal is dumb. Not necessary. A simple NWC wallet (that is mostly custodial) is more than enough to zap some memes.
Any idea why they haven't done that? It's very annoying

There were a few posts about the primal wallet kyc issue, most zapped post was by siggy
A friend of mine used an alias email service and called themselves Hugh Jaynus from Germany 🇩🇪 🤣🤣
Folks lie, but KYCers are legally obligated to find out who you are, especially as you do meaningful payment volume. tbh if you are using it as intended and building a personal brand, it's probably not hard to figure out who you are whether you lied on the form or not. KYC fibbing works until they confiscate your funds.
Anyway, that's in the rear view now I guess, which is awesome. Looking forward to Primal's advisors and investors going back to being against KYC.
