This document is over two years old and with the break neck pace the US has been undergoing this isn't going to be that accurate..... Not only has a lot of progress been made but a ton of Chinese entities have been barred from the supply chain meaning we have found alternatives.
US semi manufacturing alone has blown up since Jan. 1, 2024 as the plants in Arizona and Texas have come online.
