Copy pasta is no more fun than hypocrits who want to dominate content by upvoting their tainted disingenuous nonsense.
Both are less than ideal.
But when someone persists in blatant hypocrisy I will do whatever it takes to highlight it, once reasoned dialogue has been tried, but fails.
Copy pasting the issues they cannot refute is sometimes preferable to simply downvoting their hypocrisy, as it at least leaves the door open to reasoned dialogue.
Copy pasta pushes past crude attempts by trolls to debase the dialogue into personal abuse...it reminds us of the issues at stake.

BTW I sometimes prefer copy pasta as it still raises the issue which concerns me and which you have not refuted while still leaving your content up for others to view.
Downzapping is entirely a negative action, one of last ditch nature valid only when all else has been tried and failed.
It has a negative effect of reducing the access to sometimes good content.
If your horse and gun were visible my zaps could be put to more constructive use.
But if its a shoot out you insist upon, how can I but load them barrels?
for sure, but my point was that the copy pasta isn't very fun for anyone. I don't think you enjoy it, and I certainly find it tiresome. It doesn't exactly inspire one to respond to you.
If that's the case, why post the same thing over and over? Why not settle for downzaps?
