I do think they should have kept Wilkes but Bosa and Warner were not fans of his. They were used to young high energy guys like Saleh and DeMeco on the sidelines and Wilkes was a booth guy. Also apparently Shanahan wasn't happy with some of the calls he was making and took the reigns away from him in the playoffs. But Wilkes was way better than Sorenson and he had the DBs playing really well.
