I lost the appetite to write blogs, guides and mostly teaching people about Bitcoin.
IS TOTALLY USELESS. People are too stupid for Bitcoin.
Nevertheless I will still continue to test apps and give feedback and help to devs.

This fucked up world deserve only shitposting and memes.

A lot of people still use and reference your blogs/guides. Most new bitcoiners don't care about this stuff anymore, but they will be forced to learn eventually.

You cannot imagine the amount of crap I receive in private msgs from many people, new or old to bitcoin.
And is not about lack of knowledge (understandable) but about stupidity.

Yes, you are right, some of the readers, send me "thank you" msgs after they read my guides, people that pays attention to them and learn something. But are very few.

The sad truth is that nowadays very few people want to learn something. Everything must be working like a clockwork and they don't have to use their brain,. not even for a simple and logic explanation.

And then there's another thing: people nowadays will ask shitGPT anything, but not reading a damn guide or documentation, that was tested and worked hard. They have more trust in what is saying a damn prompt that is gathering data from some bullshit sources.

If you want to test new apps - let me know if you have any feedback on mine: https://satsfire.app

It's a bitcoin-friendly Monte Carlo retirement simulator. Just launched this week so looking for any ideas for improvement.

And FWIW, I like your work and think you should keep it up. Cheers

I saw it. That's kind of fiat mindset app. Not for me. Is more for people that still live in a fiat world.
And I am retired on Bitcoin from long time ago... I don't need any app to tell me when I have to do it.

If you get into Bitcoin because "you want to retire on Bitcoin", you are wrong.
Bitcoin is because fuck banks and govs, not to get rich and retire. Is the EXIT (system) strategy.

Fair enough! Appreciate you checking it out, and honestly your response is good feedback in and of itself. Just to explain why I made it the way I did:

I'm trying to cultivate a retire early community around stacking sats (calling it "satsFIRE"), so it's an attempt to bridge the gap a bit between tradFi and bitcoin which is why it incorporates other assets. I have some notes in there about how allocating a portion of a portfolio to bitcoin can improve success probability, so I'm trying to help these tradFi folks slowly understand the power of bitcoin without shoving it down their throats.

you are trying to be the snake oil salesman... don't be.
Be the snakeman.

Ha - I like that. Need that on a shirt. Thanks again

Just saw your edit - I don't agree with your last paragraph. I think a lot of people are stuck in mindless fiat mining jobs that are soul-sucking. Bitcoin isn't a get rich quick scheme, agree with you on that. But I do think it's good to live by these rules:

  1. Create value for others
  2. Spend less than you earn
  3. Save in an asset that cannot be debased

To that end, I think wanting to save oneself from endless fiat mining is very much a bitcoin mindset.

That's what satsFIRE is about.

I only watched the first five seconds, but my answer is that I'd have you clean my place. It's probably only an hour of work, so the other 23 hours you can watch me stare at a laptop.

Better watch the Fallout series.
