The Financial Times reported on Saturday that the Trump administration was taking a 10% stake in USA Rare Earth, which had a fully diluted market cap of $4.03 billion as of Friday's close. The purchase price was reportedly at about a 30% discount to Friday's closing price of USAR stock."
