I started noticing around 40 that the days of eating whatever I felt like were over. I try to do simple things to stay healthy and try to be consistent with it. At the moment I do intermittent fasting eating between 10am and 6pm. I also do about 20mins of exercise (pushups, sit-ups and squats).
I'm also getting issues with my eyes and not sure what to do. Saw an optometrist but I felt like she was a scammer. Also wearing glasses more seems to make the eyes get worse. I haven't found a solution to this yet. There are some eye exercises you can do like looking into the distance or closing your eyes and looking at the sun. I haven't been consistent with this stuff so haven't seen any results.
Sounds like you’re already doing some of the things I would recommend.
Have you tried increasing your intake of lutein rich foods?

I had to look it up. I could try this for a while. Do you take it everyday?

I don't take it as a supplement. I just try to eat more dark leafy greens than I used to.

Have you noticed an improvement in your sight? Did you go stop wearing glasses?
