I’ve never posted here before, but here I goOoOoO ✨
Recently, I got my hands on a KitchenAid and it’s been A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Not everything I’ve made involves it, but here are some of my latest kitchen experiments (all gluten free, vegetarian, and 100% delicious!):
🍫 Chocolate mousse: from this recipe I found on Instagram. It’s phenomenal. I’ve made it a few times now, and despite not usually liking eggs, this one converted me.
🍞 Sandwich loaf: straight from Becky Excell’s How to Make Anything Gluten-Free. Honestly, it’s the best homemade bread I’ve ever baked. Winter can make the batter rise a bit slower, but it still comes out soft and perfect every time. Highly recommend.
🧄 Classic hummus: Inspired Taste recipe. I can never go back to store-bought now. It’s so creamy and easy to make, absolute staple in my kitchen.
🍨 Chocolate ice cream: This one is chef’s kiss. Truly beyond words how good it turned out! I’m already making another batch today.
I love trying new recipes (especially gluten-free and vegetarian ones), so I’m always on the lookout for tasty, nutritious meals and snacks.
