This is a beautiful font! Sadly, it doesn't look like she's made it publicly available (Seems like you have to contact her for usage). I need to figure out a good pitch that will convince her it's worth sharing.
Which kind of pitch? Font-face still available to play with privately and in case it's a really easily replicable font, due to its modularity.
One could even try with fontstruct.
