Furthermore, after 30 years of indoctrination, the government has managed to make people content with the crumbs the dictatorial elite throws their way. In terms of thought and in many aspects, I dare say there's a setback of at least 30 years.
Same (actually worse) in North Korea too.
Ince you can bring up two generations indoctrinated in your thoughts, you have it under control. That is the rule of thumb.

The nazis could learn from Venezuela and North Korea too. They had the Germans under control, but instead of solidifying the base, they sought immediate territorial expansion which brought their downfall.
