I like blueberries and sweet potatoes too much to do carnivore anymore.
Ideally, you would consume at least 100 g of carbohydrates to replenish your glycogen stores but if you're not focused on optimizing performance then I guess you could do without carbs.
Is this something that you follow or is your diet more animal based?
I do eat some occasional blueberries. My diet is animal based, in that don't just eat meat, I eat everything on that pyramid. Eggs, dairy, etc.
So you tried carnivore for a while, and it didn't work for you?

Yes, it was too restrictive and I developed a poor relationship with food thinking that I was immediately going to get diabetes or get fat if I ate carbs and it interfered with my social engagements too much because I was always preoccupied with food and at the time I had an All or nothing type of attitude so if I wasn't being very strict on my diet then I was just eating a bunch of processed food and garbage so now I am less restrictive but I am able to maintain an athletic, lean physique all year round and if I want to have a rice cake or a vegan cookie then I eat it

I've learned a lot more about nutrition over the past 10 years and I've recently been studying for my nutrition coaching certification so now I make more informed decisions and give more nuance advice
