Swedish construction giant Skanska has secured a contract with Durham Tech Community College to build a new health sciences facility in Durham, North Carolina, the US. 

The contract, which will be reflected in the company’s US order bookings for the third quarter of 2025, is valued at $69m.

Construction is set to begin in September 2025, with an anticipated completion date in November 2027
