A Bitcoin-native food logger built around a simple idea:

Your health data should belong to you.

Take a photo of your meal, or describe what you ate, and Satisfied uses AI to estimate the food, portions, calories, and macros. You review the results, make any corrections, and save the entry to your own encrypted Nostr history.

Instead of creating another account, surrendering your data to a centralized database, or paying for a recurring subscription, you connect with your Nostr identity and pay a small amount of sats for each AI analysis over Lightning.

Each meal entry can also include private notes about how you felt, what you were thinking, or any symptoms you experienced afterward. Over time, those notes can help provide context that calorie and macro totals alone cannot capture.

Satisfied also includes an optional AI health coach that can review the past 7, 30, or 90 days of your food history and help you identify patterns.

You can choose to let the coach consider:

• Meals and nutrition totals
• Personal notes and symptoms
• Progress toward your goals
• Body measurements and other health data

The coach can then help you notice recurring habits, possible food-related symptoms, nutritional gaps, or patterns that may be difficult to recognize one meal at a time. You decide which information it can access, and nothing is included unless you choose to share it.

But Satisfied is not only about tracking numbers.

You can earn badges and awards, collect pixel-art versions of the foods you eat, and optionally share your meals to The Fed, a pixel-art food social network where you can see what everyone else has been eating.

The Fed makes food logging communal and fun while keeping your detailed health records private by default. You decide what stays encrypted and what gets published.

Food photos are encrypted locally before they leave your device, and your nutrition history is encrypted, signed by you, and portable across Nostr relays.
