YOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! This is actually a pretty solid thing..... Tiger has more than enough money to never drive again, and, well... at a minimum, he sucks at it, but really, he makes stupid choices that put lives at risk. Hopefully we dont see him getting pulled over during this driving ban.

Yeah, not the worst sentencing he could have gotten. As you noted, he's got plenty of money to have a driver move him around. Might be a bit inconvenient to call someone up all the time, but Uber it buddy.
Exactly. I think if someone had gotten hurt, then sure, more of a punishment would have been needed, but all things considered, this is a nice stiff punishment without being a waste/drag on the judicial system.
