Nepal's demand is quite logical; the problem is getting major nations like the United States and China to comply. The world is being destroyed by climate change, the degradation of animal habitats, and the melting of glaciers. This is everyone's responsibility, not just that of the major powers, but Nepal, in a way, is right.

The world was destroyed many times over by England, France, Belgium, Germany, Portugal and Spain. They still haven't paid the bill on all that colonial crap from three or four centuries ago...

How many Dresdens and Hiroshimas would it cost to pay the bill? If you want ethnic revenge be a man about it. Don't file a request with the UN for some slow drip of donations that they don't want to pay. Go make them pay. Be the solution you want to see.
