If it's barely one word away from what I'd expect to hear from a high-ranking Canadian politician, yes. These are the stakes and the arguments that we're up against.
Nepal's demand is quite logical; the problem is getting major nations like the United States and China to comply. The world is being destroyed by climate change, the degradation of animal habitats, and the melting of glaciers. This is everyone's responsibility, not just that of the major powers, but Nepal, in a way, is right.
