Knicks get Win! Atlanta will need to shoot the lights out if they want to win a game in this series. Jalen is good but he’s not taking over this series like KAT and Brunson can. The Knicks are too deep. I was saying Knicks in 6 but it might be 5!
Yeah if the Hawks had a legit bench scorer I would say Knicks in 6.
Atlanta can shoot very well from outside and Brown’s defensive scheme is not as good as Tibbs. I saw way too many easy buckets.
But once CJ slowed down Atlanta really struggled to score also in long stretches of the game I didn’t even notice Jalen on the court.
I can see NY losing games because the 3 ball doesn’t fall , KAT goes KAT and Brunson over commits to iso ball. Plus Atlanta plays really fast. Which can lead to a few wins.
But Brown does a much better job managing minutes for the starters than Tibbs did.
I think Games 6 or 7 are more likely. I'm banking on them being eliminated by then, because I really don't like these Rockets against a healthy Lakers team.

Don't want to overreact to a single game, and it's not like it was a blowout, but the Knicks really do look like they're a tier above the Hawks.
