Years ago when I worked in retail our system used to shorten assorted to ass so I used to get a big kick out of the shelf label for dare assorted cream cookies printing as dare ass cream.
I feel like I’ve seen similar shorthands in store today. I definitely still chuckle
I am sure there were other good ones but your assorted nuts comment reminded me of that and how it would have shortened it to Ass Nuts.
