Just to fuck up the brains of some stupid haters here on SN, I paid an ad space on the SNZ with sats from SN rewards.

This is a real bitcoin circular economy example:

  • I post on SN paying for each post / comment
  • I get rewards back (even that I use CCs to fuck with your brains)
  • I pay an ad in the SN zine for a bitcoin business directly from SN wallet

The business is not mine, I did it because is a good example and they deserve to have more exposure and people start spending IRL.

Yeah, I get what you’re doing, and it makes sense, feel sorry for those with fucked brain, lol! But if we’re calling this a real “circular economy,” I’m just wondering — why is @plebpoet selling the zine through Zaprite instead of right here on SN? And why keep the SNZ catalog on a web page instead of hosting it here?

I saw Agora’s take on this (link to solid effort) but it seems like SN’s missing out on a great internal use case.

Feels like SNZ sales should really happen inside SN, with stacker pricing that includes the sybil tax to keep things balanced.

I think you do not understand what is SNZ... and what I wanted to show with that example.

I am not going to post again all my SN history in this thread. You can read it here: https://stacker.news/DarthCoin/all
Seems that you are not so active on SN and/or read enough of my posts here.

I feel you are not understanding what I'm trying to explain. We are indeed saying the same. I'm just adding that, to have a full "circular economy", stackers should be able to buy the SNZ with CCs if they wish too.

reply

No. CCs are exclusively to pay for posts / comments / territories INSIDE SN.
SNZ is outside of what is going on SN, is just a representation of best thing happen on SN during a week, if people want to have a hard copy.
And printing that hard copy have real costs. Costs that are paid with sats.

Last week, I was away from home for a lightning dev bootcamp.

Sats spent on:

  • Every day, lunch/groceries at supermarket (PicknPay)
  • Breakfast at a cafe with my wife (Newport Deli, Mouille Points)
  • Parking garage ticket (Cape Town Waterfront)

All of them via MoneyBadger + Phoenix.
