I'll try my best to remember to report back in a month. Maybe remind me if I forget and if you still remember.

I'm rooting for the Thunder and SGA as well. The ups and downs and unpredictability of this playoffs were part of what make it extra fun. Let's see how it goes tonight.
My friends and I had always been the quiet type, so we are probably the last ones that will get ourselves thrown out.
It took double OT for the Stars to take care of business last night, but they have eliminated the Avalanche and advanced to the WCF. Only one series remain to be decided in round two and hopefully the Canucks will get it done tonight. I'm loving the underdog story and the third string goalie story. Would make it extra sweet if they can make it to the WCF, first time since 2011. Go Canucks go!
On the NBA side of things, already 2 series going to game 7. Will the young Thunder make it to game 7, or will Luka and Kyrie take care of business at home? Either way, I've been really enjoying these playoff games.
I don't know, I never got to the bottom of it. I'm guessing it's muscular but don't know for sure. It goes away when I do stretches regularly, but I've just been a lazy ass lately and haven't been doing enough stretches. It's playoff time with too many games to watch and follow, plus work had been pretty busy, you know the usual excuses for not taking care of the body.
I've been trying dead hang recently. Saw a YouTube video talking about its benefits, so I decided to give it a try. I've been doing it for 1 week now. Tried aiming to hang for 2 minutes but could only get to max 1m42s for now. Will report back maybe a month later in terms of strength or health improvements etc.
Title of this thread said "great player" not "greatest player". I also said great player, not greatest player. In fact, I never mentioned greatest player. There were so many great players in the NBA that never got a ring in their careers, but I would not consider them the greatest players.
I disagree with the NBA example. There are numerous great players, first ballot hall of famers, in the history of the league that never won a championship. Sometimes, even if you play great and are on a great team, you just get unlucky and run into even greater players/teams.

Nope. Canucks coming out of the west to play in the finals this year.
Week 1 - Mariners
Week 2 - Dodgers
Week 3 - Phillies
Week 4 - Orioles
Week 5 - Guardians
Week 6 - Yankees
Week 7 - Red Sox
Week 8 - Twins
Looks like I'll get my second strike this week, unless the Red Sox go 3-0 on the Cardinals...
Oh man, he passed away a few day ago, I had no idea. I'm not familiar with him, but do remember seeing him a lot on TSN.
Last night's blow out surprised me. I thought the Nuggets were going to wrap it up, but turned out they were the ones that got wrapped early in the game. Really hard to say who will win in game 7. Hopefully it's going to be a hard fought tight game and not another blow out. Tight games are more fun to watch.
Speaking of Canucks, I was cheering and jumping up and down in front of my screen when Miller scored that goal with 32 seconds left in the game. Check out the "shot" off the skate of Pettersson though. I think he twisted his heel and directed the puck towards the goal on purpose. This guy can probably try football if hockey doesn't work out for him. Good thing it hit the post and didn't go in, because it that had gone in, it's going to get reviewed to the death and still be controversial regardless of the ruling.
Overall, the Canucks played a really strong game last night and got a well deserved win. I believe it was the first game that they out shot the Oilers in the series. I hope they keep this momentum going and go steal one in Edmonton to win the series tomorrow. Go Canucks go!
"Have you read the white paper? Or understood how it works?"
"Sure."
Then goes on to show that he has no technical understanding at all of how bitcoin works.
Whenever I see Brave New World being mentioned, Chapter 3 always come to mind for me. I was quite confused by the constant jumping around of different scenes in that chapter when I first read it. I didn't really understand why Huxley wrote it like that, but it was quite hard to follow during my read through.
Overall, I enjoyed the world building and plot of Brave New World. Another dystopian take on the future of our species that contrasts 1984. Brave New World uses genetic engineering, selective breeding/cloning, medication, pleasure, and introduction of broken morals when young to control humans; while 1984 uses surveillance, propaganda, brainwashing, and violence to control humans. Both very scary worlds and both serve as good cautionary tales to the consequences and destruction caused by central planning.
Why isn’t Mitchell playing?
Mitchell got hurt last game near the end of the game, I believe it was a calf strain. He tried to recover enough for this game, but it wasn't enough for him to play.
You guys are spot on. Celtics show that they can easily get rattled when you play physical with them and they seem very emotionally vulnerable.
